I didn’t have morning sickness but smells and food aversions have been my worst enemy. I discovered the seltzers at 8 weeks and I’m now a little over 10 and this saved me! My favorite is the citrus ginger which not only settled my stomach but also got rid of my awful headaches. If I feel like I can’t eat, I take one of these and I can stomach food again!! I mix it with Safeways Mandarin orange, sodium and sugar free seltzer waters and it’s honestly my favorite drink as of late. Highly recommend ❤️

The Fizzelixir Morning Sickness (Nausea) Relief were not good at all. I did not like the taste of them whatsoever! They made me more disgusted and nauseous. Do not recommend.

Sparkling mama has changed my life this week! I was extremely nauseous during my early pregnancy weeks 4 to 7, utilized B6 pills, Reglan pills, and tried every combination of eating/not eating multiple types of food that I could. I was miserable and nauseous 24/7 with multiple episodes of vomiting. Sparkling mama has changed the last three days of my life completely. I feel intermittently some mild nausea, but as soon as I reach for this fizzy drink, it subsides. The combination of B6/ginger or mint is a game changer for my nausea. I often split the packets which helps to stretch them and makes the taste slightly less sweet. I really like both flavors - they’re like a subtle refreshing seltzer. I don’t usually love carbonation but this is gentle and seems to really calm my stomach. I feel like a new person and I re-ordered immediately!

I don’t drink soda so when my nausea started in my pregnancy I reverted back to diet ginger ale which I know isn’t good for me or baby but it helped so much with my frequent nausea. It truly was a God send for me to see an ad for Fizzelixir. When I saw it was all natural I was so excited to try it. I thought it was a little pricey but after using it, it is totally worth it. I don’t use much water, mix and add ice. It helps so much to settle my stomach. I love it and highly recommend both flavors.

Originally got this for pregnancy sickness, but have continued to use it after birth. Love the Raspberry mint flavor. Helps with overall nausea and dehydration.

I definitely prefer the raspberry mint. The citrus ginger is ok, but I don’t like the flavor as much and it doesn’t mix into water as well as the raspberry mint. Once you mix the raspberry mint into water, it’s still almost clear and the flavor is mild.

The carbonation is very mild, too. It’s not like drinking soda or seltzer. I really like that because sometimes I can’t handle super carbonated drinks.

I’ll admit I was a little skeptical about this working. But a good friend swore by it, so I gave it a try. It is a bit pricey but it’s worth it to have something that makes my nausea stay away.

This has helped me way beyond what I thought it could have; I struggle with morning sickness all day and it gets worse at various time. It works within minutes of beginning to sip. I truly love the Citrus Ginger, especially with ice. It's a game changer in a morning sickness battle. I also enjoy that it is a great way to get those vitamins in without it agitating my stomach more.

So far this is about the only thing that helps and it tastes yummy which is a plus! Definitely buying again!

Definitely the best thing I have ever tried for nausea.. I was so sick all I could do was lay around all day and I got them in my bump box and so I tried it this morning and it immediately made the nausea go away and just one whole drink kept the nausea away all day!
