Questions, answered

The things mamas ask us most

Is Fizzelixir safe to take while I’m pregnant?
Fizzelixir was created by a mom and a naturopathic doctor, using OB-GYN-friendly ingredients with no caffeine, dyes or artificial sweeteners, and every batch is third-party tested. It is a vitamin drink stick, not a medication. Pregnancy is personal, so please run it past your own provider before starting anything new.
What’s actually in it?
Vitamin B6 and Magnesium, two studied ingredients often discussed for nausea support in pregnancy, in a light effervescent base sweetened with real sugar cane. No caffeine, no dyes, no artificial sweeteners. The full ingredient list is on the label and in the product details above.
When should I drink it?
Whenever the queasiness hits. Tear a stick, stir it into a glass of water, and sip slowly. Many mamas keep one in their bag so it’s there when a wave catches them out.
What does it taste like?
Light and effervescent rather than sweet or syrupy, which is the point when your stomach is already unsettled. Citrus & Ginger is the original. Raspberry Mint is the other favourite.
Which size should I start with?
The 8-count is a good way to find out whether it agrees with you. Most mamas who come back reach for the 18-count, and it works out cheaper per stick.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Then we’ll make it right. What your stomach tolerates changes week to week in pregnancy, and we’d rather you told us than gave up quietly. Just get in touch.
